re-inventing

Well today is a good day ,i went to a new page in my life which it was long overdue.Today i went to my old stomping grounds back to cooking which i always had a passion for,i was scared at first,confuse,lost at times it`s been 13 years since i last cook for a living but i loved it.The owner was with me at all times making sure i got it,so far ok,after all this still a business i needed bad ,is a big simple difference from 13 years ago to now,menu is wider
,is busier,breakfast and lunch & dinner at all times.For now i was told i would get every friday and he will look for more days when he feels comfortable with my skills,in scale from1 to 10-10 being the best he gave me a 6 1/2 which i thought he was being polite about ,i gave myself a 5 0r 6 speed wasn`t there yetand my eye site due to different eyewear was bad,in the weeks coming up i will fly solo(looking forward to it).The bottom line is i am gratefull for the oportunity very gratefull!.You see i raised my kids while i was a cook in thelate 80`s tru the 90`s and i really enjoyed it and the love for it is still there and that in itself is a plus.I have travel to that space that none of us wants to go to confusion,financiall problems,family problems,losing faith on your self,,,,,,thank God i have a very great wife that stood by me tru everything and this is why FAMILY is so important to me and it should be to all,at the end of the day you don`t have nothing but that,i know not everyone has that but if you look for it you will find it just the same way we are good at finding those great problems on daily living. I have never hung on to my family the way i do now,family is a ,,the way to describe it is not define yet,friends or so called friends you find them anywhere ,but family wowwwwwwwww! is hard they will always be at your side no matter how much family gossip is trown and i know we know what family gossip is. family the bottom line is family willtedt your patience but it will also give you a purpose for living.
